Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) has released a major executive recruitment notification for multiple disciplines including Mining, Electrical, Mechanical, HR, Finance, Geology, Systems, Medical and Materials Management. The recruitment drive will fill 70 Executive posts in E2, E3 and E4 grades across various departments.

The online application process for HCL Executive Recruitment 2026 will begin on June 5, 2026, and eligible candidates can submit their applications till June 25, 2026, through the official HCL website. A total of 70 vacancies have been announced for Executive positions in E2, E3 and E4 grades. The mining discipline has received the highest number of vacancies, followed by Electrical, Mechanical and Finance cadres.

Educational Qualifications for HCL Executive Posts

The educational qualifications vary according to the discipline and grade applied for. Engineering-related positions require Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant engineering stream, while Finance posts require CA or CMA qualification. HR and Corporate Communication posts require postgraduate specialisation in related areas.

For Mining posts, candidates applying for E4 grade must possess a First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate under Metalliferous Mines Regulations along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering.

Medical & Health Services posts require MBBS with PG Diploma or PG Degree/MS/MD/DNB, depending on the grade and specialisation. One post each has been reserved for Gynaecologist and Orthopaedic specialisations.

The Systems discipline additionally prefers candidates having knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 Development, Oracle Database, MS SQL Database, MySQL, Website Development, Java, PHP, .NET, firewall configuration and LAN setup.

Age Limit and Experience Criteria

The maximum age limit for HCL Executive Recruitment depends on the grade level:

Selected candidates will receive Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA), perks, allowances, NPS contribution, PF contribution and other benefits as per company rules. The approximate Cost to Company (CTC) offered under various grades is:

  • E4 Senior Manager: ₹23.23 lakh to ₹68.74 lakh
  • E3 Manager: ₹20.11 lakh to ₹61.90 lakh
  • E2 Deputy Manager: ₹16.85 lakh to ₹55.07 lakh

The recruitment notification also mentions a mandatory three-year service bond of ₹3 lakh for selected candidates joining the organisation.

Selection Process for HCL Recruitment 2026

Hindustan Copper Limited will conduct recruitment entirely through a personal interview. The final selection will be based on interview performance, carrying 100% weightage.

Candidates will be shortlisted for interview in a 1:5 ratio against each vacancy. In case of single vacancy posts, 10 candidates may be shortlisted for interview.

If the number of applications is high, additional shortlisting criteria, including higher experience, additional qualifications and company turnover, may be considered.
